$100 - $130 per 55-minute session
Insurance
We accept:
~Blue Cross/Blue Shield
~TRICARE
~All other Insurance's (Out-of-Network rates)
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
We will take care of billing your health insurance, as well as, checking on your coverage prior to your first session.
OR If you would rather check your health insurance please be sure to ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you happen to miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 8 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
